We are committed to assisting you in your efforts to not only acquire a new house, but to make a new home. Through the constant moves and sleepless flights, we will be there! Through this process, 1% of the closing cost of the home will be donated to you!

Steps To The Process

  1. Find the home you would like to purchase and buy.

  2. Present the 1% donation opportunity to the seller of the home. 

  3. Inform them of the things they are entitled to throughout the entire process ( tax exemption, helping a family, etc).

  4. When closing on the home, try to remain mentally stable and wait for your donation to be sent to you.

  5. Do something nice for the family!

Necessary Documentation 

In order for the form 2099 (on donate page) to be properly filled out, you will have to provide the donor with the information that follows​:

  • Name

  • Rank (Current or rank held when separated)

  • Branch

  • DOD I.D. (Current or I.D. # held before separation)

  • Bank Account Number (This is how you receive your donation)

  • Routing Number (This is how you receive your donation)

  • Email

CAUTION: If the form 2099 is not filled out or mishandled in any way, that will hinder the entire process for both parties involved. Make sure to double check the information you send!

Considerations

You must realize that no one is required to donate. All you can do is make the proposition and if they are interested in more, we’ll help them get there!

 

Also, if you are a veteran yourself and wish to donate to another fellow in arms, that is more than welcomed. You will follow the same process as the one listed in the Civilian Benefits tab here.
